If you need to confirm who can manage a household versus who can only view player information, you can check each parent or guardian’s access level from the household view. This is especially helpful when families ask who can register players, manage payments, or receive key club communications.

What each access level means
Before you start
This workflow is available on a web browser only.
You must have permission to impersonate users.
Best practice: do not make account changes without the family’s approval.
View a parent or guardian’s access level
In the left navigation, select Users.
Find the parent or guardian, then click their Last Name to open their profile.
On the right side of the screen, select Impersonate User.
In the top right corner, select Impersonating, then select Household.
Under Parents/Guardians, look for the colored pill next to each person’s name:
A green pill indicates Full Access
A yellow pill indicates Limited Access
What each access level means
Full Access
Full Access means the member has full administration access to the household account.
Limited Access
Limited Access means the member has view-only access to player information, including calendars and messaging.
If you run into issues
If you do not see the access level pills under Parents/Guardians, confirm you are viewing the account in Household mode and that your role has permission to impersonate users. If you still cannot access the household view, work with your club admin or your Client Success team to review permissions.
