Members can add additional parents or guardians and players to their household directly in the mobile app. This is similar to managing a household from the User Dashboard on web, but done from a phone.
One important difference is that only the member can add household members in the mobile app. Even if an admin can impersonate a user on web to help, admins cannot add household members from the member’s mobile app experience.

You must be logged into the mobile app as a full access member in the household.

Add a parent or guardian from the More tab
Tap More in the bottom navigation.
In the Household section, tap + Add Parent/Guardian.
Enter the required information.
Tap Save.
