Before you start

  • Player logins are only available for players who are 13 or older and require a unique email address.

  • If you are an admin setting up accounts on someone’s behalf, confirm you have their permission before taking action.

Best practice: Start with a parent or guardian account

A parent or guardian account is the right starting point for most families. This account is used to manage the household and typically supports the most complete set of actions.

Use a parent or guardian account when someone needs to:

  • Register players into programs

  • Manage household members

  • Receive club communications

  • Manage account-level actions (based on access level)

Use a player login when the player needs their own access

Use a player login when the athlete needs to:

  • View and RSVP to events

  • Send and receive messages (including direct messages)

What a player login cannot do

Player logins cannot:

  • Register into programs

  • View registration history

Special case: Adult programs (the adult is the player)

If an adult is trying to register themselves for a program that is intended for adult players, they should follow the steps in How to Setup an Adult Player Account.

If you run into issues

If you are unsure which account type to use, start with a parent or guardian account and add a player login only if needed. If a player invite fails, confirm the player is 13 or older and that the email address being used is not already tied to an existing account.
