You can update existing events when details change, such as time, location, or notes. Updates can be made on both Web Browser and the Mobile App, and you can choose whether or not to send a notification about the changes.

Update an Event on Web Browser
Navigate to Calendar in the left navigation menu.
Click the event you would like to edit.
In the pop-up modal, click Edit and make your changes as needed.
Choose one of the following options to save the event:
Save: Saves the event to the calendar.
Save & Notify: Saves the event and sends a notification to all invited users.
Update an Event on Mobile App
To begin, navigate to the event you would like to edit:
Tap the Calendar tab in the bottom navigation,
orIf it is a team-specific event, tap the Team Name from the Home screen and toggle to the Schedule tab.
Then:
Tap Edit in the top right corner and make edits as desired.
Choose one of the following options to save the event:
Save: Saves the event to the calendar.
Save & Notify: Saves the event and sends a notification to all invited users.
Editing Events into a Recurring Series
Existing events cannot be converted into a recurring event structure.
If you need an event to recur:
Delete the existing one time event, and
Create a new event that includes the Recurring checkbox and the appropriate frequency and end date.
This ensures the recurring series is created correctly and can be managed as a full set of events.
