Recurring events help you quickly build out consistent schedules without recreating the same event week after week. You can use this feature for practices, meetings, or any activity that repeats on a predictable pattern.
Recurring events can be created and managed in the Web Browser or the Mobile App.
Create a Recurring Event
Navigate to Calendar in the left navigation menu.
Click + New Event and select the event type you want to create.
In the event details panel, check the Recurring box.
Choose a Frequency:
Daily: The event repeats every day.
Weekly: The event repeats once per week on the same weekday as the initial event.
Custom: Allows you to select one or multiple specific days of the week for the event to recur (for example, every Tuesday and Thursday).
Select the Repeat Until date. This determines when the recurring series should end.
Review your selections and click Save to create the full series.
Manage an Existing Recurring Event
When editing an event that is part of a recurring series, you’ll be prompted to choose whether you want to update:
Just This event
This Event And Future Events
All Events
You’ll also be able to Reset RSVPs & Attendance if you wish when saving the updated event.
Note: Recurrence Frequency and the Recurrence End Date cannot be edited on an existing recurring event. If you need to change either of those fields, you will need to delete the existing recurring event(s) and create the events anew.
Use these options carefully; changes may update multiple events at once depending on your selection.

Can I create recurring events from the mobile app?
Yes. Recurring events can be created and managed in the Web Browser or the Mobile App.
Can I change the recurrence frequency later?
No. Recurrence Frequency cannot be edited on an existing recurring event. You will need to delete the existing recurring event(s) and create the events anew.
What does “This Event And Future Events” update?
It updates the selected event and all future events in the recurring series.
Can I reset RSVPs and attendance when editing a recurring event?
Yes. You’ll have the option to Reset RSVPs & Attendance when saving an updated recurring event.
