When events are set to collect RSVPs, admins and staff can quickly see who is planning to attend. You can view RSVPs for a specific event on both Web Browser and the Mobile App.

Before You Start
When adding or editing an event, make sure the Collect RSVP checkbox on the Event modal is selected.
You can also use the Notes section on the event to include any extra information or instructions for attendees.
View RSVPs for an Event on Web Browser
Navigate to Calendar in the left navigation menu.
Click into the event you want to review.
Above the Edit button, click any of the RSVP numbers (for example, counts of Going, Not Going, or Maybe Going).
A detailed view will show who is planning to attend, who is not, and who is undecided. Staff can also manually adjust the RSVPs of players on their team by dragging and dropping players into the different RSVP categories.
View RSVPs for an Event on Mobile App
Tap the Calendar tab at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the event you would like to view the RSVP details for.
Under See Who’s Going, you can view the event RSVPs, including who is Going, Not Going, or Maybe Going (when RSVPs are enabled for that event). Staff can change their player’s RSVPs by tapping on them to cycle the players through the different RSVP categories.

Open the event and look under See Who’s Going to view who is Going, Not Going, or Maybe Going.
Can I include extra instructions for attendees?
