Bulk cancellation lets you cancel multiple events at once within a specific date range. This is especially useful for weather-related closures, facility issues, or organization-wide schedule changes.

How to Bulk Cancel Events
Web Browser
Navigate to Calendar in the left navigation menu.
Click the Actions button in the top right corner and select Bulk Cancel from the dropdown.
Choose your Date Range and Time Range and click Next.
Choose your Field(s)/Court(s)/Rink(s) and click Next,
OR click Continue Without Selecting Field(s)/Court(s)/Rink(s) to view all events in your selected date range.Review your selections and click Confirm Cancellation.
If you would like to notify members of the cancellation(s), check the Notify Members box before confirming.
Mobile App
On the Home screen, tap Bulk Event Cancellation under Club.
Choose your Date Range and tap Next.
Choose your Field(s)/Court(s)/Rink(s) and tap Next,
OR tap Continue Without Selecting Field(s)/Court(s)/Rink(s) to view all events in your selected date range.Review your selections and tap Confirm Cancellation.
If you would like to notify members of the cancellation(s), check the Notify Members box before confirming.
Once confirmed, the selected events in that range will be cancelled. If you choose to notify members, they will receive a notification about the cancellations.

Can I cancel events without selecting specific fields?
Yes. You can choose Continue Without Selecting Field(s)/Court(s)/Rink(s) to view and cancel all events in the selected date range.
Can I notify members about bulk cancellations?
Yes. Check the Notify Members box before confirming cancellation.

Yes. Bulk Event Cancellation is available from the Home screen under Club.
