How to Track and Adjust Volunteer Hours

Learn how to monitor completed volunteer shifts and manually adjust volunteer points from the user or player profile.

This article explains how to monitor and adjust volunteer completion.

View Completed Volunteer Hours

  1. Go to the Player or User Profile.

  2. Click the Volunteering tab.

  3. Review:

    • Assigned roles

    • Completed shifts

    • Total volunteer points

    • Completion status

You can also see completion rates on the team roster page.

Adjust Volunteer Points

To manually adjust points:

  1. Go to the user or player profile.

  2. Click Volunteering.

  3. Adjust the volunteer points as needed.

  4. Save changes.

If You Run Into Issues

If hours are not appearing:

  • Confirm the parent signed up and completed the shift.

  • Confirm attendance tracking is enabled if required.

  • Confirm the event was saved properly.
