The Volunteer Form Is Not Appearing
Check the following:
The Volunteer Opportunities display toggle is ON in the Checkout step.
The Volunteer Option is attached to the registration.
The role selected in the Volunteer Option matches the role on the credentialing template.
The credentialing form submission window is active.
The Volunteer Was Approved but Did Not Receive the Role
Confirm you verified the correct submission.
Check the user’s Roles and Permissions tab.
Manually assign the role if necessary.
I Do Not See Volunteer Requests in Reports
If credentialing is enabled, use Reports > Volunteer Role Requests.
