Why Can’t I Edit Ticket Pricing?

If tickets have already been sold, pricing for those tickets cannot be changed.

You can:

  • Adjust remaining ticket availability

  • Add a new ticket category with updated pricing

Why Is My Event Not Showing on the Calendar?

Check the following:

  • Was Hide from Calendar selected during setup?

  • Is the event date in the future?

If the event is hidden, edit the event settings and uncheck Hide from Calendar.

Why Is the QR Scanner Not Available?

The QR scanner only appears:

  • On the day of the event

  • For staff with Ticket Sale Redemption permission

If either condition is not met, the scanner will not display.

Why Won’t a Ticket Scan?

A ticket may not scan if:

  • It has already been checked in

  • The QR code is damaged or partially cut off

  • The wrong event is selected

Confirm the ticket status under the Purchases or Checked In tab.

Can I Change the Name on a Ticket?

Tickets are tied to the purchase record. If changes are needed, review the purchase details and determine whether canceling and reissuing is appropriate.
