Managing Ticket Check In and QR Code Scanning on Mobile

Learn how to check guests in using the mobile app, scan QR codes, and track who has already been redeemed.

Before You Start

Staff must have the Ticket Sale Redemption permission.

The QR code scanner is available on the day of the event.

How to Access Ticket Management in the Mobile App

Staff can access Ticket Management from:

Admin or Coach Homepage > Ticket Management

Event Calendar View > Manage Tickets

View All Purchasers, Checked In, and Pending Tickets

Inside the event, you will see three tabs:

  • All: All ticket purchasers

  • Checked In: Guests already redeemed

  • Pending: Guests not yet checked in

How to Check In a Guest Manually

  1. Tap the purchaser’s name.

  2. Tap Check In.

How to Scan a Ticket QR Code

  1. Tap the barcode icon in the top right.

  2. Scan the guest’s QR code.

Important:

  • The scanner is only available on the day of the event.

  • A ticket can only be scanned once.

Why Is the QR Scanner Not Showing?

Check the following:

  • Is today the event date?

  • Does the staff member have Ticket Sale Redemption permission?

If You Run Into Issues

If a ticket will not scan, confirm it has not already been checked in.

If staff cannot access Ticket Management, verify their permissions.
