Before You Start

Revenue tracking is available within each ticketed event in the web browser.

Where to View Ticket Revenue

  1. Go to Tickets.

  2. Click into your event.

  3. Open the Purchases tab.

You can view:

  • Total tickets sold

  • Remaining inventory

  • Total revenue collected

  • Countdown to event

How Refunds Affect Ticket Revenue

When you issue a refund:

  • The refunded amount is deducted from total revenue

  • The ticket is canceled

  • Inventory adjusts accordingly

Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Can I Export Ticket Purchase Data?

You can review purchaser details within the Purchases tab.

If you need additional reporting, you can click the Download button at the top of the page.

What Happens If I Edit Event Details?

If you update:

  • Date

  • Time

  • Location

All ticket holders receive an automatic email notification. This does not impact revenue totals.

If You Run Into Issues

If revenue totals do not match expectations, review:

  • Refunded purchases

  • Canceled tickets

  • Multiple ticket categories

If something still looks incorrect, reach out to Support with the event name and date.
