How Members Find Ticketed Events
Members can find ticketed events in two places:
Calendar View
Ticketed events display a Tickets icon.
Available Tickets Page
Members can visit:
yourcluburl.com/tickets
You can link this page from your navigation or website buttons.
How Guest Ticket Checkout Works
Guests can purchase tickets without creating a full account.
During checkout, guests will:
Complete a CAPTCHA verification
Enter their name and email
Complete payment
Where Members View Purchased Tickets on Web
Members can go to:
Account > Tickets
Where Members View Tickets in the Mobile App
In the mobile app, members can go to:
More > Account > My Tickets
Each ticket includes:
A QR code for event entry
Order details
Download option
What Happens If Event Details Change?
If you edit the event:
Date
Time
Location
All ticket holders automatically receive an email notification.
If You Run Into Issues
If a member cannot find their ticket:
Confirm the email used during checkout
Check Account > Tickets on web
Check My Tickets in the mobile app
Review the Purchases tab as an admin

Yes. Guests can complete checkout by entering their name, email, and payment information.

Members can access their QR code under Account > Tickets on web or More > Account > My Tickets in the mobile app.
Will ticket holders be notified if event details change?
Yes. If the date, time, or location is updated, all ticket holders automatically receive an email notification.
What should I check if a member cannot find their ticket?
Confirm the email used during checkout and have them check Account > Tickets on web or My Tickets in the mobile app. Admins can also review the Purchases tab.
