Learn how to view ticket purchases, issue refunds, edit event settings, and track ticket revenue from the web browser.

Before You Start

This must be completed on a web browser. Confirm you have Ticket Sale Configuration permissions.

How to Access Ticket Management

  1. Go to Tickets.

  2. Click into the event.

View All Ticket Purchases

Under the Purchases tab, you can:

  • View all buyers

  • See ticket quantities

  • Track ticket inventory

  • Monitor total revenue

  • See countdown to event

How to Issue a Refund for a Ticket

From the Purchases tab:

  1. Select the purchaser.

  2. Cancel the purchase.

  3. Issue the refund.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

How to Edit Event Date, Time, or Location

  1. Go to the Settings tab.

If you update:

  • Date

  • Time

  • Location

Ticket holders automatically receive an email update.

How to Adjust Ticket Availability

  1. Go to the Event Pricing tab.

You can:

  • Adjust remaining ticket quantities

  • Add new ticket categories

You cannot edit pricing for tickets that have already been sold.

How to Add or Edit Checkout Questions

  1. Go to the Event Questions tab.

  2. You can add new questions.

Questions that already have responses cannot be edited.

How to Update the Event Image or Description

  1. Go to the Event Page tab.

You can update the image or description at any time.

If You Run Into Issues

If you cannot edit pricing or questions, tickets may already be sold.

FAQs

Can I refund a ticket after purchase?

Yes. From the Purchases tab, select the purchaser, cancel the purchase, and issue the refund.

Can I change the date or location after tickets are sold?

Yes. If you update the date, time, or location, ticket holders automatically receive an email notification.

Why can’t I edit pricing or questions?

If tickets have already been sold, pricing cannot be changed and questions with responses cannot be edited.

Where can I see total ticket revenue?

Total revenue is available under the Purchases tab within the event.
