Accessing your Tickets
Tap More in the bottom navigation.
In the Account section, tap Tickets.
Your purchased tickets will appear in a list.
If you haven’t purchased any tickets yet, you’ll see a message like “No tickets found.”
Viewing a ticket
Tap the ticket (or ticketed event) you want to open.
Review the available details for the event and your ticket.
Use the ticket information during check-in (for example, presenting the QR code if it’s included on the ticket screen).
Tips and best practices
Open your ticket before arriving at the check-in table to speed up entry.
If multiple tickets were purchased, confirm you are opening the correct event.
Make sure your phone screen brightness is high enough when presenting a QR code for scanning.
