Tickets

Learn how members can view purchased tickets in the mobile app and access ticket details, including QR codes for event check-in.

Updated over a week ago

The Tickets section of the mobile app is where members can view any tickets they’ve purchased for Ticketed Events. This makes it easy to pull up ticket details (including a QR code, when applicable) at check-in time.

What members can do here

  • View a list of purchased tickets tied to their account or household

  • Tap into a ticket to review event and purchase details

  • Quickly access tickets when arriving at a ticketed event

Step-by-step instructions

Accessing your Tickets

  1. Tap More in the bottom navigation.

  2. In the Account section, tap Tickets.

  3. Your purchased tickets will appear in a list.

If you haven’t purchased any tickets yet, you’ll see a message like “No tickets found.”

Viewing a ticket

  1. Tap the ticket (or ticketed event) you want to open.

  2. Review the available details for the event and your ticket.

  3. Use the ticket information during check-in (for example, presenting the QR code if it’s included on the ticket screen).

Tips and best practices

  • Open your ticket before arriving at the check-in table to speed up entry.

  • If multiple tickets were purchased, confirm you are opening the correct event.

  • Make sure your phone screen brightness is high enough when presenting a QR code for scanning.
