Staff users can switch between the admin (staff) side of Sprocket and the member side. The steps depend on whether you are using the web browser or the mobile app.

What to expect when you first log in
Web browser: Switch to Member or Switch to Admin
When you log into a staff account on web, Sprocket will default to the Admin (staff) side.
Switch to Member view
Click your name in the upper-right corner.
In the dropdown menu, select Switch to Member.
Switch back to Admin view
Click your name in the upper-right corner again.
Select Switch to Admin.
Mobile app: Toggle between Staff tab and Member tab
When a staff member logs into the mobile app, they will land on their staff tab. The tab name depends on their role.
If the user has multiple staff roles, they will see multiple staff tabs (each labeled by role).
The app includes a toggle that lets staff switch between their staff tab(s) and the Member tab.
To switch views, use the toggle to move back and forth between the staff tab(s) and the Member tab as needed.
If you run into issues
If you do not see a staff tab in the mobile app or a switch to member/admin option on the web browser, confirm the user has been assigned a staff role.
