This is expected behavior. The Member View (also called the Parent or User Dashboard) is designed with a parent-first approach.
Staff members can also have children participating as players. To keep the member experience simple and focused, Sprocket only shows:
The events for the staff member’s player’s team(s)
Club Events
It does not show the staff member’s full staff-facing team schedule in Member View.
How to view your staff team calendar
If you want to see events for the teams you are assigned to as staff (instead of the teams your player participates on):
Switch to Admin View on web.
Open your Team Dashboard.
View the calendar and events for your assigned team(s).
