Staff member definition
A user becomes a staff member when an admin assigns them at least one of the following:
A staff role (such as Club Admin, Director, Coach, Team Manager, Volunteer Coach, or Volunteer Team Manager)
Staff-level permissions that grant access to admin or team management areas
Once a user has staff access, they can appear in staff areas of the platform, and their experience may include staff dashboards, team tools, and staff communication features, depending on what you grant them.
