When you set up a Staff Credentialing Template, your staff will be prompted to complete it through an alert banner. This article helps you explain where staff will see those prompts on web and mobile, so they know exactly where to go.

Staff will see a credentialing banner when all of the following are true:
You or another admin created a Staff Credentialing Template
The template is assigned to the staff member’s role
Today falls within the template’s Start Date and End Date
If you are within that date range, Sprocket will show an alert banner reminding staff to complete credentialing.
Where staff will find the banner
Web browser
Staff may see the banner in different places depending on which dashboard they are using:
Team Dashboard: If they are logged in on the admin side of your account
User Dashboard: If they are on their member side dashboard
Tip: If a staff member says they do not see the banner, ask which dashboard they are viewing. Some staff (like Volunteers) only use the member side.
Mobile app
On the mobile app, staff will see the banner in two places:
On their specific Staff tab (Coach, Director, and similar, based on their role)
On the Member tab
What staff should do when they see the banner
Tell staff to select the banner, then complete the credentialing steps your club has configured.
If staff run into issues
If staff do not see the banner, confirm the template’s Start Date and End Date are currently active.
If a staff member still cannot find credentialing, confirm the staff member’s role matches the role assigned to the credentialing template.
