Staff members can message each other through the Staff Chat on web or in the mobile app. You can post in the All Staff channel for club-wide communication, or use direct messages for one-on-one or small group threads.

Web: Use the chat icon
In your web browser, click the chat message icon at the top of the screen.
Choose how you want to message:
Send a message to the All Staff chat, or
Create or respond to direct message threads with other staff members
The other option is the Staff Chat quick action on the Team Dashboard.
In your web browser, select the Team Dashboard at the top of the Dashboard page.
In the Quick Actions section, select Staff Chat.
Choose how you want to message:
Send a message to the All Staff chat, or
Create or respond to direct message threads with other staff members
Mobile app: Use the Staff Chat quick action
Open the mobile app and scroll to the Quick Actions section.
Select the Staff Chat card.
Choose how you want to message:
Open the All Staff channel, or
Create or respond to direct message threads with other staff members
If you run into issues
If you do not see Staff Chat, confirm the user has an active staff role.
If someone is missing from the staff chat experience, confirm they are a staff member in Sprocket and not only a member account.
