What the Quick Actions panel is for
This panel is designed for day-to-day work. Instead of navigating to multiple areas of the platform, staff can use Quick Actions to communicate, share resources, and manage content that families interact with.
Quick Actions available
The options in this panel may vary based on your role and permissions, but commonly include the following.
Staff Chat
Use Staff Chat to create new staff conversations or open existing ones. This is useful for quick coordination between directors, coaches, and team managers.
Club Announcements
Use Club Announcements to compose and send announcements to families. Depending on your club’s communication settings, announcements can be sent through chat, email, or SMS.
Club Photos
Use Club Photos to manage photos submitted through the mobile app. This is where staff can review and organize submitted photos, including actions like filtering, favoriting, downloading, and deleting.
Note: Access to Club Photos requires the Club Photos permission to be enabled.
Add Link / File
Use Add Link / File to upload files or add links to your club’s Document Library. This is helpful for sharing items like schedules, flyers, waivers, or external resources with your staff and families.
