Club Photos is a central place for club admins to view photos that have been shared across teams. When families or staff add photos in a team chat channel or on a team’s Photos tab, Sprocket pulls those images into one club-wide view so admins can quickly review and reuse them.

Before you start
Club Photos is available to club admins (and any roles your club has permissioned to manage club-level tools).
Step-by-step instructions
Open Club Photos
Open the mobile app and switch to your Admin view (if you have multiple role views).
In Quick Actions, tap Club Photos.
Review photos
The Club Photos tab shows photos collected from team chats and team photo galleries.
If you do not see any photos, it usually means photos have not been uploaded to teams yet.
Filter photos by team
On the Club Photos page, use the Teams dropdown at the top of the screen.
Select a team to narrow the view to only that team’s photos.
Favorite photos
Favoriting helps you save the most useful photos for quick access later, like posts you want to reuse for social media.
Find the photo you want to save.
Mark it as a Favorite.
Switch to the Favorites tab to view all favorited photos in one place.
Tips and best practices
Use the Teams filter when you are looking for photos from a specific age group or event.
Favorite photos you plan to reuse for marketing so they are easy to find later.
If you want more consistent photo sharing, encourage teams to use the Photos tab or team chat when sharing images.
