Club Content is how you share important information with families and staff inside Sprocket. It helps you keep key resources easy to find without relying on chat threads or email.
There are three main types of Club Content you can feature: Resources, News Articles, and Mobile Spotlights. Each one shows up in a different place in the app, and each one can be promoted using a Featured flag.

Resources
Resources are files and links you want people to reference, like handbooks, policies, team manager guides, or registration documents.

How Featured works
The Featured Resources widget only displays items that have the Featured flag turned on.
To change whether a resource is featured: open the resource detail page, update the Featured flag, and save.
News Articles
News Articles are club updates you want to publish in a more permanent, readable format than a chat message. This works well for announcements that should remain available for a while, like seasonal updates or policy changes.

How Featured works
The Featured Pages widget only displays Articles or Pages that have the Featured flag turned on.
To change whether an article or page is featured: open the page detail view, update the Featured flag, and save.
Mobile Spotlights
Mobile Spotlights are attention-grabbing content banner panels designed specifically for the mobile experience. They are a good fit for time-sensitive items you want to highlight, like registration reminders, event promotions, or key links.
Where they appear
The Mobile Spotlight panel appears on both the Home tab and the Club tab in the mobile app.
How display works
Home tab: shows one spotlight slide at a time. Items higher on the list have a higher chance of being displayed.
Club tab: lists all spotlighted items so users can browse the full set.
Tips and best practices
Use Resources for reference material that should stay available all season.
Use News Articles for longer updates that you want families to read and revisit.
Use Mobile Spotlights for short, high-visibility callouts that you want surfaced on Home.
Review Featured items regularly so old content does not stay promoted longer than intended.
