Club Announcements help you send a club-wide alert to one or more teams. They are best for time-sensitive updates like cancellations, schedule changes, or urgent reminders.

Before you start
You must have permission to send Club Announcements (commonly granted to club admins).
Club Announcements are sent to team chats for the teams you select.
Send a Club Announcement from a web browser
From the left navigation, go to Dashboard.
Toggle to the Teams Dashboard.
Under Quick Actions, select Club Announcements.
Choose how to start your announcement:
If this is your first announcement, select Start a New Thread.
If you have sent announcements before, select + New Announcement in the top right.
Select your recipients by choosing one or more teams, then select Next in the top right.
Type your message, then select the blue arrow icon to send.
After sending, you can view previously sent announcements from the Club Announcements page and within each team’s chat.
Send a Club Announcement from the mobile app
Open the mobile app and select the Home tab.
Under Quick Actions, select Club Announcements.
Choose how to start your announcement:
If this is your first announcement, select Start a New Thread.
If you have sent announcements before, select the compose icon in the top right.
Choose how the message should be delivered:
By default, announcements are sent to team chats.
You can also choose to send the message as SMS (additional rates apply) and or as an email.
Select your recipients by choosing one or more teams, then select Next.
Type your message, then select the blue arrow icon to send.
After sending, you can view previously sent announcements from the Club Announcements page and within each team’s chat.
Where to find sent Club Announcements
You can review announcements in two places:
The Club Announcements landing page
The Team Chat for the team you sent the message to
If you run into issues
If you do not see Club Announcements under Quick Actions, confirm your permissions. If families say they did not see the message, confirm you selected the correct teams and that the message was sent successfully. If you enabled SMS, keep in mind that additional rates apply and delivery may depend on the recipient’s phone number being available.

Yes. When selecting recipients, you can choose one or more teams before sending the announcement.

Why didn’t a family receive the announcement?
Confirm you selected the correct teams, the message was sent successfully, and that the recipient’s phone number or email is available if you enabled SMS or email delivery.
