Common examples include:

  • Last-minute schedule changes

  • Urgent club-wide updates

Where you can send text messages

SMS can be used for:

To receive SMS messages, members must opt in through their notification settings. If they have not opted in, they will not receive text messages, even if they receive email or chat updates.

Enabling SMS for your club and understanding costs

SMS text messaging requires additional setup and includes usage-based costs.

To enable SMS for your club or to learn more about pricing and billing please contact your Client Success Manager.

If you run into issues

If recipients say they did not receive a text, confirm that SMS is enabled for your club and that the member has opted in through notification settings. Also confirm the account has a valid mobile phone number on file.
