If you only want to contact staff, make sure you select the Staff recipient group instead of All.
Troubleshooting
Issue: I do not see the Email tab in Messages.
Why it happens: The user may not be logged into a staff account or may not be assigned to the team.
How to fix it: Confirm the user is logged into a staff account and is assigned to the team. If it is still missing, have a club admin confirm permissions.
Issue: I cannot find the team or the recipient group I need.
Why it happens: The user may not be assigned to that team, or the recipient group may be restricted by permissions.
How to fix it: Confirm team assignment first. If you are assigned, ask a club admin to review your permissions for team communications.
