The RSVPs and Attendance panel gives you a quick view of RSVP and attendance trends by team. It is designed to help coaches and staff track availability, spot patterns, and manage roster expectations for upcoming games, practices, and other events.
From this panel, you can filter what you are seeing and select a team to drill into player-by-player details.

This panel summarizes RSVPs and attendance for each team across event categories such as:
Games
Practices
Other events
You can also switch between the two views:
RSVPs: focuses on availability and responses
Attendance: focuses on recorded attendance outcomes
Each team row shows percentages so you can quickly compare engagement across teams and event types.
1) Filter by program
Navigate to Dashboard in the left navigation menu.
Locate the RSVPs and Attendance panel.
Use the Programs dropdown to select one or more programs.
This is helpful when you coach or manage teams across multiple programs and want to narrow the panel to a specific season or group.
2) Use Advanced Filters to filter by coach
Select Advanced Filters.
Choose the coach or coaches you want to include.
Apply your filters to refresh the results.
This is useful for directors or staff supporting multiple coaches who want to review engagement for a specific coaching group.
3) Switch between RSVPs and Attendance
In the middle of the panel, use the toggle to switch views:
Select RSVPs to review RSVP trends.
Select Attendance to review attendance trends.
4) View player-level details for a team
To drill into the details behind a team’s percentages:
Select the team name in the list.
This opens a detailed view where you can review player-by-player RSVP and attendance information. This is especially helpful when you need to:
Confirm which players are consistently unavailable
Identify patterns across games vs practices
Set expectations with families about participation and attendance
