The Player Progress panel shows team-wide progress form completion for both coaches and players. It is designed for Directors and Admins who want a quick way to monitor whether required forms are being completed across teams, and where follow-up may be needed.
This panel is only available to staff who have Progress permissions.

What the Player Progress panel shows
This panel displays completion metrics for a selected progress form in two views:
Coach Completion
Player Completion
Each chart breaks completion into statuses such as:
Not Started
Incomplete
Complete
This makes it easy to see overall progress at a glance and identify groups that may need reminders.
1) Review completion status
Navigate to Dashboard in the left navigation menu.
Locate the Player Progress panel.
Review the circular charts to understand completion status:
Use Coach Completion to see coach progress
Use Player Completion to see player progress
The chart segments represent the share of participants in each completion status.
2) Switch the form you are reviewing
In the Player Progress panel, use the Form dropdown.
Select the form you want to review.
The charts update to reflect the form you selected. This is useful if your club uses multiple forms throughout the season.
3) Open Detailed View to see submissions and pending forms
Select Detailed View at the bottom of the panel.
This opens the submissions page where you can review:
Forms that have been submitted
Forms that are still pending
Detailed View is the best option when you need a player-by-player or team-by-team look, or when you are preparing to follow up with specific groups.
