How Team Dashboard access works
Team Dashboard access is driven by a mix of:
Role (Coach, Team Manager, Director)
Team assignments (which teams you are connected to)
Permissions (which features your club has enabled for your account)
Because of this, two staff members can be on the same club and still see different panels or actions.
Coach role
What coaches can see
Coaches typically see panels focused on their assigned teams, including:
Your Teams with a list of the teams they are assigned to
Upcoming Events for their teams
RSVPs and Attendance summaries with the ability to drill into details
Scheduling Insights to monitor scheduled and canceled events
Scoreboard results when scores have been entered
Coaches may also see additional panels (for example, Player Progress) if the feature is enabled and they have the required permissions.
What coaches can do
From the Team Dashboard, coaches can typically:
Open a team directly from Your Teams
Filter and review events in Upcoming Events
Use event actions (edit and additional menu options) when available
Review RSVP and attendance trends and open player-level details
Filter Scoreboard results by program and team
Team Manager role
What team managers can see
Team Managers typically see a similar set of team-focused panels, including:
Your Teams for the teams they support
Upcoming Events
RSVPs and Attendance
Scheduling Insights
Scoreboard
What team managers can do
From the Team Dashboard, team managers can typically:
Open their assigned team from Your Teams
Monitor upcoming events and use event actions when available
Review RSVP and attendance summaries and open detailed views
Use Scheduling Insights to check scheduled and canceled counts
Filter Scoreboard results by program and team
Director role
What directors can see
Directors typically have a broader view across teams. On the Team Dashboard, directors may see:
Your Teams with a message indicating they are not assigned as a Coach or Team Manager
A View All Teams link to review teams across the club
Broader monitoring panels like RSVPs and Attendance, Scheduling Insights, Upcoming Events, Scoreboard, and Player Progress (when enabled)
Directors may also see additional quick tools compared to other roles (for example, Club Announcements within Quick Actions).
What directors can do
From the Team Dashboard, directors can typically:
Review teams across the club using View All Teams
Monitor RSVP, attendance, and scheduling trends across multiple teams
Use program and advanced filters in panels to narrow results
Access additional communication tools when enabled (for example, Club Announcements)
Configuration and permissions notes
A few important details can affect what you see:
Configure button: Staff can select Configure to show or hide panels, reorder them, and choose a column layout.
Panels can be permission-based: Some panels only appear if your club has the feature enabled and your account has access (for example, Player Progress).
Your Teams is assignment-based: Coaches and Team Managers typically see only the teams they are assigned to, while Directors can often review teams more broadly.
