Club Contacts let you keep a list of people you want to communicate with, even if they do not have a Sprocket account yet. This is helpful for staying in touch with your broader club community, not just current registered families.

What are Club Contacts
Club Contacts are email addresses you want to include in communications, even if the person does not have a full Sprocket account.
Common examples include:
Families with potential players who want updates about registrations or tryouts
Community members who want to follow club news
Sponsors or partners who want to stay informed
How Club Contacts get created
A Club Contact profile can be created in a few ways, including:
Email marketing lists: You may have contacts you want to email even before they register a player.
Website Contact Us submissions: When someone fills out your Contact Us form, Sprocket creates a Club Contact profile for them. From there, you can track engagement and activity tied to that contact.
What happens when a Club Contact becomes a registered family
If a Club Contact later signs up a player and becomes part of the club, they can be converted from a Club Contact into a full club user. This helps you keep history and engagement tied to the same person as they move from prospect to participant.
Marking a Club Contact as inactive
Marking a Club Contact as inactive removes them from club communications.
Important: Marking a parent as inactive will also make all players in that family inactive.
Steps
In the left navigation, go to Users → Club Contacts.
Select the Parent Email for the Club Contact you want to update.
At the top of the profile, select the gear icon, then choose Mark Club Contact as Inactive.
Select Save.
If you run into issues
If you cannot find someone under Club Contacts, confirm whether they are already a registered user in Users → Manage Users. If you mark a Club Contact inactive by mistake, you may need to reactivate them so they can receive communications again, especially if they later register a player.
FAQs

They will be removed from club communications, and any players in that family will also be marked inactive.
How are Club Contacts created automatically?
When someone submits your website Contact Us form, Sprocket creates a Club Contact profile for them.
