When someone fills out the Contact Us form on your website, Sprocket records the submission so your club can review it, respond, and track engagement over time.

How to open a submission to see full details
Before you start
This workflow requires specific permissions. If you do not see the Contact Form page, confirm your access with a club admin.
Admins need all of the following permissions:
User Admin > Club Contact Admin
Reports > Club Contacts
Communications > Contact Form Submission Page
Where to find Contact Us submissions
In the left navigation, go to Communications.
Select Contact Form.
This page shows a searchable list of Contact Us submissions, including details like the sender, email address, status, and the message content.
Review and filter submissions
On the Contact Form page, you can use filters to narrow down what you are looking for. Common filters include:
Date sent
Status
Interest areas
Player details (when provided), like birth year or gender
Whether the person is a current member
Use the search and filters at the top of the page, then select Search to update the results.
Open a submission for more detail
If you want to see the full submission details:
In the results list, click the From Email address.
The submission detail page includes the full message, any player information the person entered, and additional context tied to the Club Contact profile. An admin can also take additional actions from this view including:
Going to the Member’s account page
Replying to the Club Contact inquiry
Marking the Club Contact inquiry as ignored
Adding Notes
Viewing any history for Communications sent to the Club Contact
If you run into issues
If Communications > Contact Form is missing from your navigation, you most likely do not have one of the required permissions listed above. If submissions appear but a specific sender is not showing up, widen your date range and try searching by the From Email address.
