Club Activity Panel

Learn how to use the Club Activity panel to monitor recent registration changes, incomplete registrations, refunds, and waitlist activity. This article explains how to filter by date range, configure settings, and open related reports.

The Club Activity panel provides admins with a high-level view of important action items and insights based on recent club activity, with the ability to view activity from the past day, past 7 days, or past 30 days. Admins can use the Settings button to choose which activity types are displayed, including registration changes, incomplete registrations, pending refunds, and waitlist additions. Once Settings are enabled, selecting any item takes you directly to the relevant report, where you can drill into details and take action.

What the Club Activity panel tracks

You can choose to show and track any of the following activity types:

  • Registration changes

  • Started, but did not complete registration (incomplete registrations)

  • Pending refunds

  • Players added to waitlist

Each activity type shows a count based on the date range you select.

1) Review activity by date range

  1. Navigate to Dashboard in the left navigation menu.

  2. Locate the Club Activity panel.

  3. Select the date range you want to review:

    • Past Day

    • Past 7 Days

    • Past 30 Days

The counts in the panel update based on the date range you select.

2) Open the related report from an activity item

Each activity line is clickable. Select the activity you want to review to open the related report, where you can see the specific players, registrations, or transactions included in that count.

For example, you can click:

  • Registration changes to review who completed or cancelled a registration

  • Started, but did not complete registration to follow up on incomplete registrations

  • Pending refunds to review refund status and next steps

  • Players added to waitlist to see who is waiting and for what program & registration

3) Choose which activity types appear in the panel

This panel is configurable. Admins need to use the panel settings to choose which of the four activity types appear.

  1. In the Club Activity panel, select Settings.

  2. In Dashboard Club Activity Settings, find the activity types you want to show.

  3. Use the toggle next to each activity type to turn it on or off.

  4. Select Save.

Once saved, your Club Activity panel will only display the activity types you have turned on.

Tips and best practices

  • Use Past Day for quick operational check-ins, like confirming refunds or tracking recent registration edits.

  • Use Past 7 Days to monitor weekly trends and catch issues before they stack up.

  • Keep the panel focused by only turning on the activity types you regularly act on.
