The Registration panel provides a quick snapshot of registration participation and revenue for your club. This panel shows key metrics like total players, incomplete registrations, revenue, and team invitation status.
For clubs using team-based registrations (for example, League program types), the panel automatically adjusts to display registration counts and revenue by team rather than by player.
Users with the appropriate reporting access can click the blue links to open the related reports. Select Detailed View for a more granular breakdown of the same metrics, including charts and additional filtering options.

Select your desired filters (for example: program type, season, age group).
Select Save to apply these as your personal defaults for that panel.
Note: These settings override the system defaults and will persist across sessions and browsers.
Tips and best practices
If totals appear unexpected, confirm you are looking at the right Club and Program first.
Use Detailed View when you need to understand the makeup behind a total, not just the headline number.
Click the blue totals when you need to take action, such as following up on incomplete registrations.
How revenue is calculated in the Registration panel
The Registration panel is powered by the Registration Details report. The revenue total shown in the panel reflects the underlying registration fee structure rather than finalized financial activity.
The Total Fee shown in the report is calculated using the following logic:
Total Fee = Amount Due (before discounts) – Financial Aid – Discounts
Behind the scenes, the Amount Due portion is calculated as the sum of payment records where:
The payment has not failed
The record has not been deleted or cancelled
The transaction type is a payment
Because of this logic, refund transactions are not included in the Total Fee calculation.
Why totals may differ from RTAC
You may notice differences between the Registration Details report and the RTAC report.
This occurs because the two reports are designed for different purposes:
Registration Details report
Reflects the original registration fee structure after discounts and financial aid. It focuses on registration-level data tied to the program.RTAC report
Reflects true financial activity, including adjustments such as refunds.
If a player registration is refunded or adjusted after the initial payment, that change will appear in RTAC, but it will not change the Total Fee shown in the Registration Details report.
Because of this:
Use RTAC when reviewing finalized revenue totals
Use the Registration Details report when analyzing registration participation and fee structure
If you run into issues
If results within the panel look inaccurate, start by double-checking the club, program, and filters. If it still does not match what you expect, reach out to Support and include a screenshot of the Registration panel or Detailed View along with the filters you selected.
FAQs
Why are Invited, Accepted, or Declined totals not showing?
These totals are not applicable for programs with an Invitation Type of Open Program.
Why do my totals look different from what I expected?
First, confirm that the correct Club and Program are selected. Then review any filters applied in the Detailed View.
Can I change what loads by default when I open the Dashboard?
Yes. You can set personal default filters using the gear icon in the panel.
What is the difference between the panel view and the Detailed View?
The panel shows high-level totals. Detailed View provides filtering, charts, and breakdowns for deeper analysis.
Why does the revenue in the Registration panel not match RTAC or the Revenue Overview Panel?
The Registration panel is powered by the Registration Details report, which reflects the original registration fee structure after discounts and financial aid. This calculation does not include refund transactions.
Reports such as RTAC are designed to reflect true financial activity and include adjustments like refunds. Because of this, totals may differ if registrations were refunded or adjusted after the original payment.
For finalized revenue totals, RTAC is the most accurate source. The Registration panel is best used for understanding registration participation and the underlying registration fee structure.
