Updated over a week ago

The Program Overview panel summarizes enrollment and activity across your club’s programs. It helps you compare programs side by side by showing registrations, revenue, open spots, and waitlist totals. You can review trends over All Time, Past Day, Past 7 Days, or Past 30 Days, then adjust filters to focus on the programs you care about.

What the Program Overview panel shows

This panel presents a table of your programs with key metrics, including:

  • Players: the number of registered players

  • Revenue: revenue tied to that program

  • Program End Date: the program’s configured end date

  • Open Spots: available capacity (if the program uses limits)

  • Waitlist Spots: number of players currently on a waitlist (if the program has a waitlist enabled)

Note: If a program includes multiple registrations, Open Spots and Waitlist Spots reflect the combined total across all registrations within that program.

Program names and certain values may appear as blue links, which you can select to open the relevant program or report details.

1) Select a time period

At the top of the panel, choose the timeframe you want to review:

  • All Time

  • Past Day

  • Past 7 Days

  • Past 30 Days

This helps you quickly shift between a long-term view and short-term activity.

2) Filter the programs you want to review

Use the filters at the top of the panel to narrow what appears in the table.

Program Type

  1. Select a value from Program Type to focus on a specific category (for example, Core).

Open Programs Only

  1. Turn on Open Programs Only to limit results to programs that are currently open.

3) Refresh the results

After adjusting filters or time period, select Update to refresh the table.

4) Export the Program Overview table

Select Export at the bottom of the panel to download the current view of the table. The export reflects what you are currently viewing, including the selected time period and filters.

Tips and best practices

  • Use All Time when you want a complete program comparison, especially for planning and forecasting.

  • Use Past 7 Days or Past 30 Days to spot momentum shifts, such as programs filling up or waitlists growing.

  • If the panel looks unexpectedly empty, turn off Open Programs Only to include closed programs in the table.
