If you need to view or update someone’s account, the quickest place to start is the Manage Users page. You can use filters to narrow the list, then open the user’s profile directly from the results.

Before you start
You must be an admin with access to Users.
If you are not seeing a user you expect, confirm you are the User has create their account or ensure the User search filters you are using are not limiting what you see.
Step 1: Navigate to the Manage Users page
In the left navigation, select Users.
You’ll land on the Manage Users page.
Step 2: Filter the user list
On the Manage Users page, use one or more filters to narrow your results. Common filters include:
First Name and Last Name
Email
Cell Phone
Associated Players
Staff Users (Include, Exclude, or Only)
Player Users (Include, Exclude, or Only)
Members Without Accounts (Include, Exclude, or Only)
Test Users (Include, Exclude, or Only)
User ID
After entering your filter criteria, select Search to update the results.
Tip: If your results look off, use Clear to reset your filters and try again.

Step 3: Open the user’s profile
In the results list, find the user you need.
Select the user’s Last Name to open their account.
If you run into issues
If you cannot find a user, start by clearing filters and searching again using the email address. If the user still does not appear, confirm you are in the correct club and that the user has been added to your organization.
