Attendance tracking lets you record who actually attended an event. This helps coaches and admins maintain accurate participation records across teams and programs.
Attendance tracking is only available for events that Collect RSVPs. You can track attendance for past events and up to one hour prior to the start of an event, depending on your club’s Calendar Settings.

Take Attendance on Web Browser
Navigate to Calendar in the left navigation menu and click into an event.
In the Event Details modal, click the Ellipses (...) icon and select Attendance & RSVPs.
Mark the attendees by checking the Present box below their names.
Your selections save automatically.
RSVPs are grouped by RSVP response. You can quickly mark attendance for a full group by using:
Mark All as Attended next to a category title (for example, Going, Not Going, Maybe, No Response).
Take Attendance on Mobile App
Tap into an ongoing or past Calendar event.
These can be found in Upcoming Events on the home page, by clicking into Your Teams, or by using the unified Calendar at the bottom of the screen and loading past events.Tap Track Attendance.
Mark the attendees by tapping the circle next to their names.
Your selections save automatically.
RSVPs are grouped by RSVP response. You can select everyone in a group by using:
Select All next to a category title (for example, Going, Not Going, Maybe, No Response).

Why can’t I take attendance for an event?
Attendance tracking is only available for events that Collect RSVPs. Confirm Collect RSVP is enabled for the event and that you are within the attendance window set in Calendar Settings.
When can attendance be taken?
You can track attendance for past events and up to one hour prior to the start of an event, depending on your club’s Calendar Settings.
Do attendance changes save automatically?
Yes. On both web and mobile, attendance selections save automatically.
How can I mark a whole RSVP group at once?
On web, use Mark All as Attended next to a category title. On mobile, use Select All next to a category title.
