Learn how to add individual fields, courts, or rinks inside a Facility.

Fields, courts, and rinks represent the playable spaces within a larger location. For example, a sports complex may contain multiple fields, or an ice facility may contain several rinks. These are what appear on your Field Calendar and what events are scheduled against.

Before You Start

You must have at least one Facility created.

This setup is completed on web browser.

Confirm whether this field, court, or rink should be enabled for rentals.

Add a Field, Court, or Rink from Club Settings

  1. Navigate to Club > Facilities & Courts/Fields/Rinks.

  2. Locate the Facility where you want to add a field, court, or rink.

  3. Click + Add Field next to the Facility.

  4. Enter the required information:

    1. Field Name

    2. Description, if needed

    3. Sort Order

    4. Tags such as Indoor, Turf, or Lights

    5. Configurations such as 7v7, 9v9, 11v11

    6. Upload an image if desired.

    7. If this space should be available for rentals, check Enable Rentals.

    8. Enter a Default Rental Price if rentals are enabled.

    9. Set Field Availability by day of the week and time range.

  5. Click Save.

You Can Also Add Fields, Courts, or Rinks from the Calendar

When creating or editing a calendar event on web or mobile:

  • If the field, court, or rink does not exist yet, you can create it directly from the event’s location selector.

  • Once saved, it will appear on the Field Calendar and be available for future scheduling.

This makes it easy to build out your facilities while scheduling.

Best Practice

Create one field, court, or rink per playable surface. For example:

Rink B

This keeps your Field Calendar accurate and prevents scheduling conflicts.

If You Run Into Issues

If a field, court, or rink is not appearing on the Field Calendar:

  • Confirm availability has been added.

  • Confirm the Facility is not marked as Away.

  • Check your calendar filters.

If rentals are not working, verify that Enable Rentals is checked at the field level.
