Learn how to view and manage your Facility schedule.

The Field Calendar shows your Facilities and Rinks/Courts/Fields in a time grid view. This helps you quickly see availability, identify conflicts, and manage scheduling across multiple locations.

You must have the Calendar > Field Calendar permission.

Access the Field/Rink/Court Calendar

  1. Navigate to Calendar.

  2. Click Field Schedule at the top of the page.

  3. Use the Day or Week view toggle.

  4. Adjust the time slider to focus on a specific time range.

Filter the Calendar

Use the left-side filters to narrow results:

  • Home Facilities

  • Tags

  • Configurations

  • Open From and Open Until

  • Event Types

  • Coach

  • Include Unpublished Events

This is helpful when managing large facilities with many fields.

Understanding Alerts

The Alerts tab highlights:

  • Events with no assigned field/rink/court

  • Scheduling overlaps

  • Field/Rink/Court conflicts

Addressing these alerts helps maintain clean scheduling and prevent double-booking.
