Learn how to create a new Facility or location in your club account.
Facilities represent your primary locations, such as a sports complex, park, rink, or gym. Each Facility can contain individual fields, courts, or rinks that are scheduled on your Field Calendar.
Before You Start
This feature is available on web browser.
Make sure you have access to Club Admin > Facilities.
Confirm whether the location should be a Home Facility or an Opponent Location.
Add a Facility from Club Settings
Navigate to Club > Facilities & Courts/Fields/Rinks in the left navigation menu.
In the top right corner, click + Add Facility.
Enter the Facility’s name, address, and any additional information.
If you would like this Facility to appear in the Practice Facilities content option on your website, uncheck the Away box.
Click Save.
You Can Also Add a Facility from the Calendar
When creating or editing a calendar event on web or mobile:
If the Facility you need does not exist, you can create a new Facility directly from the event’s location selector.
After saving, that Facility will be available for future scheduling.
This is helpful when building your schedule and realizing a location has not yet been added.
Understanding the Away Option
If a Facility is marked as Away, it is considered an Opponent Location.
Away Facilities:
Appear under Opponent Locations.
Do not display on your public website when using the Practice Facilities content option.
This allows you to track game locations without listing them as part of your club’s home facilities.
If You Run Into Issues
If the Facility does not appear where you expect:
Confirm it is not marked as Away.
Refresh your browser.
Verify your permissions under Club Settings.
If it’s still not visible, contact support and include the Facility name.
