To export staff demographics, you will run the Staff Demographics standard report. This report pulls basic staff profile details and role and team information, and it can be exported after you run it.

Before you start

You must have the Staff Demographics report permission to view and run this report.

Run the Staff Demographics report

  1. In the left navigation menu, go to Reports.

  2. Find and open the Staff Demographics report.

  3. Configure the report to pre-select any filters you want to apply.

  4. This is a Standard Report, so it cannot be customized like Custom Reporting reports.

  5. Run the report, then export it to a CSV file using the export button.

Tip: “Configure” is used to set your filters before running the report.

What columns are included

The Staff Demographics report includes:

  • UserID

  • User Name

  • Role(s)

  • Email

  • Phone Number

  • Team(s)
