Download staff files in bulk

  1. In the left navigation menu, go to Staff and then Files.

  2. Use the filters at the top to narrow the list to the files you want to export.

  3. Select Download Files above the file list.

  4. Sprocket will download the files as a single zipped folder.

Download an individual file

Option 1: From the Staff Files list

  1. Go to Staff > Files.

  2. Find the file you want.

  3. Select the file’s download button.

Option 2: From a specific staff member’s profile

Use this option when you only need files for one staff member.

  1. Go to Staff and then Manage Staff.

  2. Open the staff member’s profile.

  3. Select the File Cabinet tab.

  4. View and download the file(s) you need.
