The Disputes panel gives you visibility into payment disputes raised by customers. It helps you track chargebacks that need action, monitor disputes that are under review, and understand recent outcomes so your financial reporting stays accurate.

What the Disputes panel shows

The Disputes panel includes two views:

  • Overview: A high-level summary of dispute activity, including:

    • Needs Response: disputes that require action from your club

    • In Review: disputes currently being reviewed

    • Outcomes (Past 30 Days): recent results (for example, won or lost)

  • Disputes: A detailed list of dispute records, typically including:

    • Dispute created date

    • Evidence due by

    • Status

    • User name

    • Description

    • Amount

You can use filters (such as Status and Due By) to narrow the list and focus on what needs attention.

1) Review disputes that need action

  1. Navigate to Dashboard in the left navigation menu.

  2. Locate the Disputes panel.

  3. In the Overview tab, select Needs Response.

This takes you directly to the disputes that require action so you can respond before the deadline.

2) Respond to a dispute

  1. From the disputes list, select the dispute you want to address.

  2. Select the Dispute Status.

  3. In the modal that appears, choose one of the following actions:

    • Counter Dispute: submit a response and supporting information to contest the dispute

    • Accept Dispute: accept the dispute and allow the chargeback to proceed

  4. Once you select an option, follow the prompts in the modal to complete your response.

3) View dispute details and filter the list

  1. Select the Disputes tab to view all dispute records.

  2. Use the filters at the top of the table, such as:

    • Status (for example, Needs response, Under review, Won, Lost)

    • Due By (to prioritize upcoming deadlines)

  3. Select Update to refresh the list based on your filters.

Tips and best practices

  • Prioritize items in Needs Response first, especially those with an upcoming Evidence Due By deadline.

  • Use the Outcomes (Past 30 Days) view as a quick check on recent dispute trends.

  • When reconciling finances, remember that disputes can impact final totals depending on outcome and timing.
