If you have an account with more than one club on Sprocket Sports, you can switch between clubs after you log in. This makes it easy to manage multiple organizations without creating separate accounts.

Common issues when a club is missing
Before you start
You must already have an account connected to two or more clubs.
If you’re trying to access a club you do not see, confirm you are logging in with the correct email address.
Switch clubs on a web browser
From your Dashboard, select your name in the upper right corner.
Select Switch Clubs.
You’ll see a list of clubs connected to your account.
Next to the club you want to access, select Switch.
Switch clubs in the mobile app
From the mobile home screen, look at the top of the page for the club name dropdown.
Select the dropdown caret.
You’ll see a list of clubs connected to your account.
Select the club you want to access.
Troubleshooting
I don’t see the club I need
This usually happens for one of these reasons:
You are logged into a different account than the one that is connected to that club (for example, a different email address).
Your account has not been added to that club yet.
If you need to add a new club to your existing account, follow the steps in Inviting Users to Create an Account to log in through the club’s website and join that club with your existing credentials.
If you run into issues
If switching clubs is not working or you are missing a club, double-check the email address you are using to log in. If you still cannot access the correct club, contact your club admin for help confirming which email is on file and whether your account has been added to the club.
