The File Cabinet is where a family can view important documents tied to their account. This is most commonly used to reference signed waivers from registration, or to access documents that have been uploaded to a player profile.

Step-by-step instructions

Open the File Cabinet

  1. Tap More in the bottom navigation.

  2. In the Account section, tap File Cabinet.

Review your documents

  • Look through the list of available files.

  • Signed waivers completed during registration will appear here.

  • Any documents uploaded to player accounts will also appear here.

  • Tap a document to open and review it.

Tips and best practices

  • If a family asks for a copy of a waiver they already signed, direct them here first.

  • If a document is time sensitive, remind families to download or save it to their device after opening it.
