The Volunteering page shows a family’s progress toward any volunteer requirements your club has set up. This is the quickest way for parents and guardians to see what they still need to sign up for and where they stand against club or team totals.

Step-by-step instructions

Open Volunteering

  1. Tap More in the bottom navigation.

  2. In the Account section, tap Volunteering.

Review your volunteer status

  • On the Volunteer Status page, review your current requirement status.

  • If your club has a household requirement, you’ll see a Household Requirement section.

Find volunteer tasks

  1. Tap Find Volunteer Tasks.

  2. Browse available opportunities and choose the task you want to sign up for.

Tips and best practices

  • If your club uses volunteer requirements, suggest families check this page at the start of the season and again mid-season.

  • If a family has more than one player, remind them the requirement may be tracked at the household level, depending on club setup.
