Managing Resources

Learn how staff can access, view, and add Resources in the mobile app, including documents, images, and links assigned by role.

Updated over a week ago

Resources let staff share documents, images, and links with the right audience inside the mobile app. This is a helpful way to keep club information in one place, so staff and families are not searching through old emails or chat threads to find important items.

Staff access resources from the Quick Actions section based on their role. Club Admins and Directors use Club Resources, and coaches use Coach Resources.

Before you start

  • Only staff roles with access to Resources can add or manage content.

  • What you see depends on your role and what content has been assigned to your role in the system.

Step-by-step instructions

Find resources based on your role

  1. Go to the Home tab.

  2. At the top of the screen, select the role view you want to use:

    • Admin for Club Admins and Directors

    • Coach for coaches

  3. In Quick Actions, open the resources option for your role:

    • Club Resources (Club Admins and Directors)

    • Coach Resources (coaches)

On the Resources page, you will see any existing resources that are currently assigned to your role.

Add a new resource

  1. From the Resources page, tap the blue + button in the bottom-right corner.

  2. Select the type of content you want to add:

    • Document

    • Image

    • Link

  3. Fill out the required information for the resource.

  4. Tap Save.

Tips and best practices

  • Use clear titles so staff and families can quickly tell what a resource is.

  • If a resource is seasonal (like a tournament packet), consider updating or replacing it instead of adding duplicates.

  • If you want more visibility, mark key resources as featured, when available.

Troubleshooting

Issue: I do not see Club Resources or Coach Resources in Quick Actions.
Why it happens: The user is not in the correct role view, or they do not have permission to access resources.

How to fix it: Switch to the correct role view at the top of Home. If the option is still missing, ask a club admin to confirm permissions.
