How to record a cash, check, or other offline payment on a player’s account.

Before you start
To record an offline payment, the player must have a completed registration in the system.
Record an offline payment
In the left navigation, select Players.
Click the player’s Last Name.
Select the Payments tab.
Click + Record Offline Payment.
Enter the required information to record a cash, check, or other offline payment processed outside of ACH/credit card. It will apply to the next upcoming installment and work its way towards later installments as the payment amount requires.
Click Save.
If you don’t see the option to record an offline payment, confirm the player’s registration is completed and that you’re viewing the Payments tab for the correct player.
