Sometimes a player will look eligible for a program based on age or roster placement, but they are missing key profile details your club uses to determine eligibility. When that happens, the family may see a message on their dashboard prompting them to add more information.

Before you start
This prompt appears for families on the member dashboard when they are missing eligibility details tied to programs your club has created.
Eligibility rules are based on how your club configured programs and registrations.
What the dashboard message means
If a player is missing required eligibility information, the family will see a message on the Open Programs section of their member dashboard letting them know they may be eligible for additional programs. The parent or guardian can select the option on that message to enter the missing information.
Once the missing details are added, the system can re-evaluate eligibility and display additional programs if the player qualifies.
Fields that can trigger the eligibility message
This message is most commonly triggered when one or more of the following fields are missing for the player:
Grade
Graduation Year
Adult Program eligibility (when an adult is the player and the club is using Adult Program setup)
What to tell parents or guardians to do
When a parent reports this message, have them:
Log in to the club website.
Go to their member dashboard.
In the Open Programs section, select the option to enter more information.
Complete any missing player details and save.
After saving, they should return to the dashboard and check Open Programs again.
What admins should check
If a family cannot resolve the message or still cannot see the expected programs, confirm:
The player’s Grade and Graduation Year are populated (if those fields are used for program eligibility).
If the program is intended for adults, confirm it is set up correctly as an Adult Program and as an Open Program (see How to Setup an Adult Player Account).
The family is logged into the correct club and viewing the correct player.
If you run into issues
If the parent has entered the missing information and the message still appears, there may be a program setup or field configuration issue. Reach out to your Client Success team for help confirming which eligibility fields are being evaluated and why the player is still being flagged.
