Register a Player for a League Team

Learn how parents or guardians accept a league team invitation and complete player registration, including where to find the registration if it does not open automatically.

League team registrations start with an invitation. Once a parent or guardian is invited to join a league team, they will complete a short registration to connect their player to the team.

This article is written for families, but it is also helpful for admins who support league team captains and parents during the season.

Step 1: Accept the invitation

  1. Open the invitation email you received.

  2. Click Accept Invitation.

  3. Log in to your account.

  4. If you do not have an account yet, click Don’t have an Account? to create one.

Step 2: Complete player registration

  1. Fill in your player’s information.

  2. Complete the registration steps shown on the screen.

Once completed, your player will be connected to the league team.

If you are not taken to registration automatically

Sometimes after logging in, you may land on your dashboard instead of the registration flow. If that happens:

  1. Go to your Dashboard.

  2. Look for Open Programs.

  3. In the League section, click Player Registration.

  4. Complete the registration from there.

If you run into any issues

You cannot find the invitation email: Check spam or junk folders, or ask the team captain to resend the invite.

You created an account but still do not see the registration: Go to Dashboard > Open Programs, then look under the League section for Player Registration.

Your player is not showing on the team yet: Confirm the registration was fully completed (not left in progress).

If you are an admin helping a parent, the two most common fixes are confirming the parent is logging into the same email address that received the invitation, and directing them to the League registration under Open Programs if they did not land there automatically.

Do I need an account to register my player?
Yes. You must log in or create an account before completing league registration.
