League teams use invitations to connect players (and their parents or guardians) to the team in Sprocket. This is most commonly done by a team captain, but admins often reference this workflow when supporting captains or troubleshooting roster setup.

Before you start
To invite players, you will need:
The player’s full name
A parent or guardian’s email address (this is where the invitation is sent)
Note: For Adult Players, the email used should be the Adult Player’s email address.
Invite players to your league team (web browser)
After completing team registration, click Manage Team.
You can also access your team from Dashboard > Your Teams.
Click + Invite Players.
Enter each player’s full name and the parent or guardian’s email address.
Click Save after adding each player.
When you are ready, click Send Invitation(s).
What happens after you send invitations
After invitations are sent:
The parent or guardian receives an email invitation
They must accept the invitation and complete registration for the player
Once accepted, the player will be connected to the league team
If you run into issues
The parent did not receive the invitation: Confirm the email address was entered correctly and check spam or junk folders.
The player is not showing on the roster yet: The invitation must be accepted and registration must be completed first.
You do not see the Invite Players option: This workflow is web-only, and it requires that the team registration step has been completed.
